Light color change

I know right! I wear the "Heart Of The Predator" Outfit and if someone from the company is reading this thank you for making this style but I need star sapphire power set or at least violet colored light effects!!btw Aaron now I play on pc test server and if you want we can do some zamaron missions there

What problem with lore? We aren't using actual rings for our hard light. We're using copies that have similar abilities. Our character powers don't come from a lantern.

This comment is cute. The 'love' they bring. Through brainwashing, coercion, force, and a parasitic crystal chamber that forces a personality shift. Yep, that's 'love' all right.

No. Hard Light and Rage have actual rings. When those 2 powers came out with their respective DLCs, you were recruited by your corps.

They originally said 'no' to Water because no one liked the OG animations from the Atlanteans. Then they updated the graphics and everyone changed their mind.

To be fair, they never said "never" to Water as a power set. As with many power sets, the typical answer was, "We have no plans at this time." It's a good way for them to say, "Not now, but maybe later on."

The only time they've outright said "no" or "never" to a particular power set was when folks would suggest Black or White Lantern power sets.

As for the whole idea of being able to change the power colors, I think you're dealing with two problems.

First, they designed the powers to be color locked, in part to help messaging during PvP. They've not shown any indication of changing their stance on that in all the years since launch, so you're already fighting an uphill battle with that factor in play.

Second, DC gets to have a say in what goes into the game, and if they say "no" to changing Light/Rage colors for whatever reason (and keep in mind they don't have to tell us the reason or explain themselves if they don't feel like it) then it's not gonna happen.

So to get this change, you'd have to change the minds of the folks in two different corporate entities/businesses, one which makes the game and the other which is the arbiter and final judge of the lore behind the game.

Back a few years ago, one of the Devs said that Water will not happen. I cant find the post sadly, and i know its somewhat hard to believe without proof, but alot of people here remember when they said Water wont happen. You are both correct. Maybe things can, have, and will be said. Sometimes things do happen, like water. Sometimes they don't, like the nature and electric midrange update that never happened. It's a business and things change.

What is you character name? My girl is 'Niandra', a cr 198 munition controller gear. I focus on getting her dominance to 3900, her dominance now is 3819 with out her weaker gear mods bosting her dominance .Niandra main stats is just around dominance and nothing else.

Im "PredatorOfLove" on the test server,but I wasn't playing for a really long time and I'm in this new profile...soo yeah I'm low lvl,lol but on the test server I have no problem...

I'm a fan of the lanterns and I'd honestly play a lantern MMO if I could. Also wouldn't mind having all the colors in DCUO. However, I just think it would be cheap to have each color be just some customization option, I'd rather them be their own unique powers. They, for the most part, all give different abilities and it would be nice to see the devs get creative with how to approach making those powers. You know, if they ever did.

Yep. Even when you're using light, the hero side lantern quest chain starts by saying that we're helping even though we aren't lanterns. The yellow lady inside the city hall says that she would love to see our fears blah blah irregardless of power type, including yellow hard light.

Nope. Fatality was incredibly angry. It was her driving factor.
Which is understandable, since her anger came from her planet being destroyed by a green lantern. She wanted them all dead, and succeeded in many kills, before finding out John Stewart was the one who actually killed her planet. That's a lot of rage.
