So I will start off by saying that I'm pretty new to DCUO. I about have my toon to level 30, 26 to be exact at the moment of writing this. I noticed that I get close to dying, or die a good amount trying to complete my main mission. I'm thinking it is how my CR is behind a good amount. So basically, what I am asking is, how I can get it up and keep it with my level? Also, what comes after 30? Will I have to grind certain areas for CR equips? Sorry for noob questions. "Kryph" Is my toon's name in game.
So after level 30 you stop gaining experience and your combat rating becomes your new character level. You increase your combat rating by replacing low level gear with higher level gear. You get higher level from different places: episode equipment vendors, open world episode content, On Duty content, Event content and The Vault.
