Fixed Legion Omnibus content still have loot lock

    Tried to do hqr a few times today and I noticed that there are still loot locks on it. Is this intended or a bug? Haven't seen anything on the forums, but maybe I missed it.

    Legion convergence of unmaking still got loot locks, and that raid is in omnibus where shouldnt be loot locks
