Fixed Launchpad is stuck

Hello,
so when I start the launchpad this happens:

Unable to download SocketError:Host Not Found (11001 - 205.185.208.88 - http://dcuo.patch.daybreakgames.com...zs/fd/5dd/226afee250bd234c44f8d5bc182def13093

I already tried everything out written in here

even the part with the coppied testserver. So please dont give me same advice over and over.
I appreaciate every help.

Thanks for the fast answer. I just tried it out for the last 4 hours and went mad at some point.

Any update? Cant login for atleast 5 hours by now..
