LAUNCHPAD ERROR

    Dear All,

    First of i cant open thread on technical support side. Thats why i open this thread here. I cant start launchpad on both Server. I got that issue ''
    The downloaded file does not match what was expected. An update may be in progress. Please try again in 20-30 minutes.'' I need your help peeps. Btw i already sent a ticket to support team and there is no solution for now...

    Anyone had this and was able to fix it?
    There is a problem with creating "UNREAL3/DCGAME/COOKEDPC/COALESCED_ESN.BIN" file.
