This has been a problem i have had for a long time. any time i need to update dcuo or download anything with the launcher it just stops after 3-5 minutes. Sure it continues right where it left off or starts over with less storage as before but its still annoying to restart the launcher every time. i haven't been able to fix it and im hoping that SOMEONE can help me with this. Been trying to download the tester server for 5 hours and im only at 22% because of this.
One thing that helps occasionally is clearing the Launchpad cache? Of course, I'm assuming that you deactivated your security software, just how it is stated in the installer. A rather unusual fix that some helped, is keeping the cursor on the news-screen, so that it doesn't switch.
