I didn't know last laugh had only one thing as an episode and that's tier 3 duo. Should it even cost money or should it be the next christmas gift to all who play dcuo?. Just the episode nothing else. What are your thoughts?
Logically, it should just be made part of the free game. But it's also been available for like 3 years or something and it'd be a kick in the teeth to those who actually paid money for it. So it's probably in the best interest of the community to keep it as it is, as a cheap, paid for piece of content.

Just a reminder though that Shield weapon choice and the additional Legends toons NO LONGER come with Last Laugh. Those are now independent purchases on Marketplace. What you are paying $1.99 for is access to the t3 duo, and the many pvp maps & feats.
I though everyone had access to all the PVP map now... regardeless if you have Last Laugh or not??? Something that was changed when they first added the map rotation system I think??
Everyone has access to the Maps. Only those with Last Laugh access will get the Feats associated with those Maps.
The PvP maps haven't been part of it since they introduced map rotation. Did they get attached back to the DLC now that maps aren't rotated anymore? Anyway, that's the reason why it's only $1.99 now. You get a duo and a bunch of feats, that's it.
The feats for those maps I believe are tied to that Episode. Didnt they attatch the shield weapon to that DLC or was that hometurf.
The feats are still part of the Episode. Shield was part of it too but got separated now. Home Turf was Lairs/Mainframe which got separated too.

The recent Marketpace changes removed the Shield and Legends characters. Legends characters that were previously tied to the DLC included Amon Sur, Kilowog, Powergirl, Ursa, John Stewart, Arkillo and Bizarro.
So pretty much the Episode is worthless and should be free with the marketplace changes. I guess by next year it will be free.

$1.99 is more than reasonable considering the amount of feats that come with it. It's just too bad (for me) that I abhor PvP.
I despise PvP. But I luvs feats. I PvP on *one* toon out of the 14 in my stable. And only rarely. I feat-share to all the other toons. But there's just too many feats in PvP to ignore it completely. If I can kill 5000 reapers (and I have), knock out 250 Earth duos (and I have), and I can keep exo-hunting after finding 17K of them already (omg, soooo many to go), I can also occasionally toss my hat in the ring for PvP.
