When mousing over an emblem, its text changes to something else. They appear to change to the first few emblems towards the top of the list. For example, you'll see a lot of them in the video change to animalia, hieroglyph, turtle, etc., all of which are at the very top of my list. And some of them aren't even labeled, they're just "element." This also sort of happens when mousing over R&D plans when at an R&D table, except with this one, the text just stays white instead of going back to gray. Nothing urgent, just a very minor annoyance I suppose.
