Would we be compensated since it interrupts with Seasonal runs? Couldn't do anything for the whole day and looks to extend to next day as well. It's interrupting the farming.
I will pass the request onto the game team, however I would not expect a reply until the issue is completely resolved.

Hello! Any update?! It has been a few days now and no word from the devs what causes this etc. Its server wide so its not on our side.. If its ddos (I dunno but thats the word on the street etc) Other games have had issues like that and found a solution. Whats the hold up cause its getting anoying
@Angeliana any update on the compensation for the issues we faced? Sucks having to lose days of not being able to play and not get any kind of acknowledgement or compensation.
Guess this was forgotten about since no compensation was given for the number of days game was unplayable.
