Why don't it benefit from bad Karma? I'm seriously asking, is there another 300 power that dont get a buff from it's power role? It's a melee power and do less damage than Emp, which is a mid-range power. #buffsorcery
Years ago, when using that power a cast would inflicted bad karma from backlash . Same I wish that power move would nowadays be viable
