It's been one week...(Appreciation Post)

It's been one week since I returned to DC Universe Online after A 2 year long break, and I must say that it's been phenomenal. Some of you might remember the thread I posted a little while ago asking the forums whether or not I should return, and I had multiple members advise me to subscribe for one month then see how I like everything...well I did exactly that and man, thank you guys for leading me back here. The devs made some fantastic changes to this game since the last time I played, including basically getting rid of group loot in raids/alerts and allowing each player to get their own individual loot after defeating a boss; and also in tier 7 content in addition to that you can also CHOOSE your reward now? Fantastic. This makes gearing up alot less time consuming and tedious. I also love the new synthetic mods! I will not lie to you guys, I'm a bit lazy when it comes to doing things like farming and exobit hunting, I mean, I'll do it, but I won't be happy about it lol, however, I enjoy doing alerts/duos/raids etc. so I usually have alot of marks to blow, and what better way to use those marks than to buy mods that used to take me hours to prepare. There are numerous other changes that were great but I listed the ones that really made me happy to see. Honestly this is the most fun I've had in the game since I FIRST started playing (Been here since May 2011!)
When I came back last week I was a CR 97 with 128 SP, now I am CR 120 with 137 SP, it's just so much fun, I can't stop playing! Just wanted to get this out real quick, sorry for the long post lol.

With all the negativity on the forums lately, it's nice to see someone appreciate and acknowledge some of the recent positive changes. Glad you're enjoying the game, invite some friends ☺

Yep, the loot system has improved a lot in that time. Pretty much eliminated the ninja problem.

Give him three more weeks. He is already at end game and his SP is more than enough to play end game content. Let's see how he feels in 3 more weeks.

i agree with OP and always told my leaguemates that i always thought that in order for us to really and truly enjoy this game we should play it for about 2 months on and 3 months off, it will keep things fresh and stop the hate and negativity build up towards the devs. Plus during those 2 months you are so busy playing old and new content and grinding SP that you wont have time to get bored of the game
