The most famous bird in the world finally will make his live action-CGI hybrid big screen debut this year. Written and directed by Alex Zamm, the film stars Eric Bauza (SpongeBob SquarePants, Uncle Grandpa, Adventure Time) as Woody's voice. Co-stars are Brazilian actress Thaila Ayala as Vanessa Timothy Omundson as Lance Walters (a pun with Walter Lantz) The synopsis: a divorced attorney devastates a good portion of a forest to build a dream home in the woods to live with his son and new girlfriend, only to find out he cut down the home of a psychotic woodpecker who will make his life miserable. The film is set to be released October 5 in Brazil.
Makes me believe that the movie industry has maxed out on their creativity. There's nothing original anymore.
