Items that cannot be deleted

What about old head augments that we never rank up. I would like to get them out of my inventory or drop down field. Is there a way to delete or get rid of them without having to rank up and comsume them?

I'd guess yes, but I know if you delete the workstation, you can re-download it, but you need it to fall off the 'undelete' option, which I think is 30 days.

While a 'delete' option would be nice, I believe all you need to do is put something in one...like even one exo, or a 10 pt nth, then can feed it to another augment. Hassle yes, but you shouldn't need to add more than a minimum or do a breakthrough. I don't have any at 0 currently to test.
