With this logic, why did they give us the Lobo style-set?

Costume/gear sets are a completely different story. We have gear based on Amazo, Flamebird, Red Hood, and Firestorm but they aren't in game yet

No. If they can design a style from a character that isn't in game, they can design a hair style from a character that isn't in game.

there aren't, no, but there's a smattering of long hair styles for men. what about the Cruel Locks? maybe that if you wanna go full on 'nineties Lobo?
