Is Robin King Acrobatics Ring Gold tier?

    I am trying to figure out the combat rating I need to be to open up the robin Acrobatics ring at 325, if it is gold tier then I think according to the website Combat rating calculator I would have to be 368?

    I would like to know this too :) Been trying to find out based on some YoutTbe vids posted but none of them reveal their over all CR before using it.
