Is Penetrating Strikes Still Better Than Core Strength?

    It won't change until the mods change or the Defense calculation changes. Higher modifiers actually widen the difference.

    So yes, and for anyone wanting to ask in the future please don't. Unless the mod or Defense changes the answer will be the same.

    I see the error. I had said "no" in my last paragraph of my first post when I should have said "yes." I confused it with the other wording of the same question. However like I said the answer won't change until the mods or Defense do.

    Sorry about that though. Changed now. :)
