Is Light DPS precision or might?

    It changed in the Revamp. Before that HL was precision.

    It was suppose to help make balance easier but DCUO always does things the hard way.
    Even when it should be really easy.

    Any power can be used to do Precision DPS. Though, I will say, Hard Light has some of the best single target Might DPS in the game.
