    If you have it...then it should say "Cannot Trade" - that's you selling it on the broker or trading it to me.
    It could also say "Cannot Sell" - that's only selling it at a vendor.

    I've no idea what your item is so I dont know specifics.

    The item itself will tell you it's ability to be traded/sold.

    It said cannot sell. Thats about it. I'm gonna grind again only need one collection for my other toon.

    You can only get it once I believe for each toon using collection if I am correct or was it briefing or investigation, can't remember. I simply collect it. I make sure to get 1 of everything whenever possible on my primary. I'm sitting on the Cyborg Cannon from the villian side and not sure if I will collect or sell. Selling price is between 2-6 million on the hero side and around 1-2 on the villian side.
