Ire isn't working properly. When used, it is not granting the user immunity. This is a sporadic issue, as it does not happen every time when Ire is used. It's very difficult to find a pattern of it failling. I do know this began back when Earth 3 launched. There was a hotfix that came out that attempted to fix it, however I didn't see any improvement. It's difficult to provide more specific details as it's not something that happens frequently on a certain boss or a certain encounter. It just happens randomly.
