Have to pay money for escrow. You keep trying to defend something that is P2W no matter how you look at it. Why not make them craftable if money wasn't an issue? They could drop both in the capsules (saving people who pay lots of time) or be craftable for those who don't want to spend money (above a sub i might add).
For the mods that reduce cooldowns what abilities will they be for? Will there be ones for healing powers like bio cap and tank powers like stoke flames or will it all be dps abilities?
Well for starters this is a bussiness and not charity. Second, they offer to the costumers 3 types of access, Free, Premium and Legendary. You make your decision knowing the perks or limitations of each type and have to deal with the outcome. Third, last time i checked the Escrow access was pretty cheap, and it can turn out to be a nice work-around to people that is premium. Last, but not least: Join a League, make friends, trade with them these collections and mods.

Sounds like an issue with the economy which no one can control since Players are in control of that but they are still in the game. There's also the method of folks being nice and doing a trade of giving them away. Again, Player's choice. Premium players have the option to dip into their Escrow funds to meet the demands of the Player's price of such items. There are avenues but its the Players who find these imaginable road blocks to come up with an excuse which everyone quickly goes to "P2W". Its up to the Player to choose that avenue and if one doesnt want to dip into their Escrow then they dont have it. Maybe a lucky player will just give them away. I know I certainly do.

my guess is also for stoke flames because thats the equivalent to atomics proton remedy if iam not mistaken but not sure if its better than the tanking tactical mod we already have for that slot which is gaining 10% defence after breakout. Fire: 10% defence or 10% cooldown reduction on stoke flames.
Wow really? I thought we had to have the 8 pieces of vendor gear for those OP collection. You're saying TC gear does it now too? Not a fan of that at all. Im also questioning why the max IL of the TC gear is the same as the 2nd best gear in the dlc. The 1st capsule the batman gear maxed at 1 IL below the vendor gear and was obviously weaker then the drop gear. I disagree with having TC gear being able to scale to the 2ne best gear. We now have gear that scales in the seasonal and in the TCs. Not a fan of this. To upgrade the gear and emblems we need a plan and r/d material right? So 2 more items added to the TC loot table Tbh the only item in the entire capsule that interests me is the material. But not being able to change the tint makes me want it less. It does look amazing tho. The 1 thing i was really looking forward to, the blue lantern mist aura, isnt there And i know because of the detail we cant tint certain parts of the gear but honestly that isnt a plus for me personally. I want to change the colors. The sword/shield on the back is great. That and the material are the only 1 items im chasing i guess
