    submitted a tciket to soe on saturday got a reply today asking for my ip adreess, internet speed etc then thye ask me what happened, when i saw that i raged, i basically told them what happned in the ticket and then they want me to tell them what happened again

    the problem is the 4.60 update...same thing has happened a year ago...untill sony decides to update our systems we are F...1004...D!!
