This first started with the short cut being broken when I clicked on it, then I tried to uninstall and had a very hard time trying to do that but got it done, then I reinstalled now the installer crashes when is is at about 4 or 5%
Did you set up all security permissions as explained by DBG's help page? Other that that all that remains is a broken windows, because the Launchpad is actually a very simple piece of software, but relies heavily on Windows assets.
My OS is fine and I don't have any malware, I don't have a proxy or restrictions from any security software I was just playing the game fine Tuesday and on Wednesday the game was broken
It seems you don't know what a proxy server is or where it is installed: It has othing to do with your security software. It is in your Internet Settings, which you will find in your browser or system settings.
