At this point, I wouldn't be surprised because of COVID and next gen consoles, if they decided to release it with the next expansion of 14. Which is due for 2021. Yosh-P(director of 14) still says its coming.

It not about the ease of porting, they could easily crossplay this to xbox, its just that the platform top brass themselves, there's something not panning out in the boardroom that's preventing them from doing it. Its not the developers at all, they can get it ready to go the moment top brass gives them the green light, but its the top brass that cant get an agreement with the other top brass of the other companies
