Fixed Influence Of Replication Not Dropping

For Factory Reset collection. It has been over a week and all other pieces have been found as well as their locations and posted online except Influence Of Replication let alone where it even drops and or what the drop rate is. As far as another post comment has shown it drops from STAR Labs Satellite Duo. This has lack of evidence to even confirm this besides what he said she said and running the content more than 40x. So can we please get the ball rolling if anyone can provide more insight or if this is a bug. Thanks!

To add to this:
It has never been on the broker, and no one has tried to sell one. The couple that said they had one would not show a screenshot of the collection or put on the aura and were probably trolling.
This reminds me of the Gentleman Ghost accessory that wasn't dropping for a week.
It all likelihood, it was missed on a loot table and is not dropping at all.

While I can't say if it has dropped or not;
I pretty sure no one has obtained the feat.

I have talked to a dev and they did confirm its in a loot table and that it was quality assured, they just didnt reveal the location where. I did have them do a check though and they confirmed it is dropping.

Yea, the collection is dropping as good as wing armor adds are spawning in D.C. Washington since 2 months. High Quality.

I think at this point they need to reveal where it's dropping.

They tell you it's working but would rather let you prolong the wild goose chase another week or so. Smh

Many players are already upset that it's taking literally days to find out where the last one is dropping, it doesn't make sense.

I'm personally burned out from running multiple instances content and nothing dropping at all.

Out of curiosity has anyone tried running Solo On Duty content? I know the announcement said it drops specifically from duos, alerts or raids, but given that there are no confirms of it dropping from any of the player base maybe it does drop in a solo On Duty instance.

Brainiac Returns: Aftershock wasn't announced to have E+ content before it went live, yet when it went live it did include E+ content. The information in announcement posts hasn't always been reliable.

Maybe a green name (who knows where it drops) could confirm at least that the collection doesn't drop from a solo On Duty instance?

Either the collection drop rate is bugged on live server (and not so on the dev's internal servers), or everyone is wrong and it is dropping from a solo instance instead.

The other alternative (and this is kinda evil if they did this) is that it only drops from higher elite stages of say, Flash to the Future. Or Sixth Dimension elite stages. Which no-one runs.

I know at least one of my league mates has run some solos hoping to find it and another league mate and I even did a few open world sub avatars...

In the announcement for the extra content being added to Brainiac Returns - the stated that collections would drop from Duo's, raids, and alerts only. It will not be in any solo instances

Drop rates were too low and have been increased. This will be fixed with the next hotfix.

is this how you thank your loyal players, with such grotesque mistakes? nah, because DCUO has been around since 2011, so a mistake like that shouldn't be possible now!

You know how many people been trying to get that to drop there's only one hot fix for that to solve all the pissed off people. And that would be to turn a three star feat into a 3 skill pointer

The least you could do, if anything, is to tell us what instance it drops in.

So...who did you talk with? Are you sure it was a dev? Because, clearly he lied to you.
Or theres the other option too...like that dude claiming that got it twice...

They can't reveal it because apparently it's a trade secret.

It was a dev yes, they checked the loot table and it still drops, and as you saw based off dev comments today they realized that its to low of a drop rate and increased the drop rate. And i literally started the guide post and updated everything to where everything drops, why would i spew off nonsense. Come on man do better.

I wrote this 2 days ago, so im not suprised when you consider someones incompetene.
Otrageus is that players start reporting that collection not droping 3-4 days ago, and instead check it right away, they keeps players on whild goose chase.
At this point only fair thing to do, would be at least say if its duo, alert or raid, so players dont need check all content AGAIN because somebody messed up.
