I've been encountering some gear that doesn't show up in the Salvage window at an R&D station. So far it's the following: Vault Neck Vendor Face Vendor Utility Vendor Neck Vendor Weapons All other Vendor gear and Vault Rings will show up for salvage. The vendor Neck and Weapons do have Home Turf mods on them usually, but I've applied those same mods (Absorption Adapter and Fortified Assault) to scaling gear drops from the Vault (greens) and those scaling gear items will show up as salvageable.
