Idea: Make Old Episode Collections Available for Source Marks (or Quarks?)

Some 50 pt feat collections such as the ones from BoP, JLD, M PtII are extremely hard to come by at this point. Not enough folks are running this content which makes already rare collection pieces next to impossible to attain. An alternate route to getting a hold of these after the episodes are out of relevance would be a great, much appreciated quality of life addition.
