I propose to introduce Icon (The southern lawyer hero-Augustus Freeman) as a Legend in DCUO. Copying and replicate Icon's model in the game, with his red suit and green cape etc. Making an icon for the Legends menu. Implementing his powers: like his pozitron based energy projection, to be represented here by quantum. As power three: two qnantum/pozitron beams from hands or one -Concussive Force Bolts. As power four: an aoe pozitron/quantum projection (regardless which, or how- just to be aoe and be quantum) As power one: we could use Superman's Swoop Attack animation on Icon's skeleton/model. As power two: we could use Arkilo's Construct jackhamer animation on Icon. As power five: He enhances his punches with Pozitro energy for extra damage: Energy Enhanced Punches and his basic attacks and combos deal extra damage. As power six: He releases energy all around as a massive nova or pozitrons, dealing aoe damage and knockback or stun. For his basic attacks can be used the Brawler style and Brawler combos. The Block/Intrerupt/Block Breakers stay the same. For traveling style could be used : Flight default from the game.
