Ice tank discussion

    So the passive 65% defense buff just from being tank, and the 35% Ice Armor defense buff would equal 100% defense buff as an ice tank. And I think it mentioned Shatter Restraints. When u take damage that the shield don't absorb, shatter restraints cooldown is lowered by a second.

    So the 100% defense from passive Tank buff and ice armor buff, mixed with the defense buff u get from Ice elemental must be quite significant
