Interesting... it's like me when I decided to play on heroes side USPC. But on the villains side, it's another story. For every 20 players, I know 1 or 2 bad only. Maybe it's time for you to become a villain. If you ever played as a villain and went through the same, sorry about that.

I understand totally the people who say "ok, bye then".

So let me put it this way. I am one of the few players who have patience when it comes to gaming. I never look at any player as a "noob" its simply not in my nature. I love playing games online with anyone. If someone knows more than me, I will look to learn from them. This is how gaming should be. If I can teach someone, I will teach them courtesy.

However, todays community isn't so black and white. Its just nasty.

I have seen the "join a league" comments, im in a league, or was, I passed it over to my son.

I have seen the "grow thicker skin" comments, im guessing this is coming from guys who have "man moisturiser" ? yes? thought so.

And don't get me started on the "real world" statements by virgins who don't know anything.

I know the real world, and in my spare time, I played online games to get away from the real world. Now I cannot even do that, EVERYBODY is an expert on everything they know nothing about.

That sucks that you feel that way. I wouldn't let random strangers get you down. Some people are nasty, sure, but there are a lot that are just like you. I've never gotten on anybody's case about game play, and I've spent hours in "fail raids" just trying to push through, and I've never pointed fingers. Don't let the loud mouths get you down.

I think that the problem is the anonymity this online game gives helps people to be pretty mean. Maybe they were just like you, wanting to escape the real world. Somehow they decided it helped them to be this way. I wouldn't know, just a possible explanation. I'd say single player games are better for escaping the real world. DC should have been, but it is extremely hard to do so most of the time.

People only have the power over you you give them.
