Just posted trying to help suggesting it might have been the server restart but if I caught the last sentence in your op I would have noticed you tried this yesterday. Wish I could delete my post sometimes lol
Keep in mind that Daybreak advises to disable antivirus software during installation. I know, it's totally BS to have an installer that needs AV software to be disabled, but the "file corrupted" error can really happen from the AV software scans.
Try that, but on your own risk and do not access the internet otherwise during installation. Also, make sure the installer/launchpad starts with full admin rights.
Try using one of these uninstallers, https://www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl#q=complete uninstaller&spf=1499524734173 and re=install the game with all browser windows closed.

If you're on Windows 10, use Cortana and ask for "Update Windows" and do a manual update to hopefully force the system to find the newer versions of the files used. (not sure what options chosen for your updates notifications, optional updates may be turned off?) If that doesn't help submit a support ticket here, https://help.daybreakgames.com/hc/en-us after you have signed in the options to submit a ticket will be available. Then follow the instructions and answer the questions and someone should reply hopefully.
why though? its always asked by customer support and developers not to create a new thread if one on the same subject is active. So why are you telling them to do other wise?
still doesnt answer my question why is anyone that doesnt have a green name telling anyone else what to do on these forums? Last I checked I cant tell you what to do nor can you me. Hell devs cant even tell us what to do tbh, they might be able to silence us ect but at the end of the day we will voice our opinions and concerns on these forums. As thats what they are here for no?
