I deleted the clock item on an alt and now cant complete the mission is there anything that I can do?

Have you tried recovering the item from the trash? I don't know how to do it on console but on pc just click on it to display the last deleted items.

You can recover it on PS by scrolling to an open inventory slot and hit the Triangle button.

Not there cleaned out my inventory before I noticed I had to complete the mission deleted over 20 items

Put a ticket in and see if support can help.
