Normally when I get accosted in HOL/WT, either by beggars, random trade requests, dual invites or just nonsense I remember why I have all the amenities in my base....and go there.

And I don't mind them having those names....But crack up when I see stuff like 'Want to sell OG name "Dog Food"' in trade chat.

Just my 2 cents on stat clamping… I think it’s awful, I’m max cr and arts, and I have absolutely no chance now of going back and getting feats from older content, especially elite. It seems to me it’s not even close to 50/50 as far as keeping it or doing away with it. The vast majority of players I hear from can’t stand it. I think a save-face move for the devs is keep it for omnibus if op players still want the challenge (some raids cause most players to quit as it is), and remove it from all other play. I admit I was planning on going back to older content once I was overpowered…now that I am I can’t touch older content…ironic!

I feel your pain brother, DCUO just aint the same no more.
If I'm being honest, the most fun I had on DCUO was probably back when the Advanced Mechanics system was still around.
I really do miss it, I used to be an unstoppable tank in any instance and could solo any raid or boss I wanted just fine.
Hell.. even the powers were so fun to use back then that I'd buy tokens and switch to a different one very often.

It just felt good playing this game back then you know? all went downhill when revamp & clamp hit us, my league vanished and everyone I knew stopped playing, I really miss those folks.

That's just my personal opinion though, I hope I didn't offend the white knights that treat the forums as a full time job lol.
