I am stuck at the Characters Selection screen, please help me!

    Hi everyone!

    As the title says, i'm stuck at the Characters Selection screen but le me explain...

    I couldn't renew my subscription this month (i'm sorry but I will next month) so I had to deactivate some of my characters and I did until the last one I tried to deactivate....

    When deactivating the last one I needed, a bug occured. Instead of this specific character being deactivated, the one on top has been deactivated. Unfortunatly for me, the one that ended up deactivated was my main Villain.....

    I thought after, maybe if I delete an active character I will be able to activate my main Villain again...

    Since I did this, everytime I log on, at the Characters Selection screen the game ask me to activate a character, I try to activate my main Villain but nothing works, I cannot enter the game by choosing any characters, I cannot delete any characters so I am stuck at the Characters Selection screen...

    Please Daybreak look into this, I want to enjoy the Anti-Monitor Event before it ends.

    I am on PS4, on the U.S. server.

    It's funny, I went on the link to post my issue and since today, I cannot find it anymore! And on top of that, the issue is still occuring. It's been almost 2 weeks and I still cannot enter the game, I am still stuck at the Characters Selection screen.

    I did tried to report the issue on Daybreak but since i'm using my PS4 Browser (I don't have access to a PC) I wasn't able to Log-In.

    Do you have even occasional access to a smartphone or tablet? 'Cuz I've been able to log into my account from Chrome or Firefox on a smartphone no problem!
