How toxic is this community really?

def 2 types of players ingame. those that are playing the game and are nice, and those that are logging in to personally ruffle as many feathers as they can. there doesnt seem to be any in-betweeners, therefore blocking instantly is perfect as you wont be able to convert them

once you been around and fill your ignore list up with #2's, life in DCUO is good

Mostly just PvPing over by C&C. Same thing in the Watchtower, over the bridge between Booster Gold and the Magic Wing (sometimes slight further back from Booster, behind the Monitor Womb).

I think that was the reason, why the devs didn't put PvP vendors in HoL (except those selling PvP styles for SM and Legend characters) - to keep the scum contained and away from the general population. However, on EUPC/PS there's literally no one there, ever. The few muppets, who enjoy dueling and abusing each other in Shout, do it in HoL. And probably don't even know what PvP gear is...
