How to restore item?

So this is pretty stupid of me, I somehow managed to accidentally delete a stack of 3x reinforced nth metal while trying to split the stack (12,500 xp each or 75k total during 2x xp). When I go to the restore item tab and try to restore it it says “error unable to start marketplace”. I’m premium btw, the only way to restore an item is if you subscribe? Or you just have to have a certain amount of marketplace cash for it to work otherwise?

I looked in the marketplace and there seems to be no sort of restore item token or anything like that.

I realize now I could’ve just split it in the fortify tab instead of my inventory lol

Tried accessing my daybreak account to contact support, can’t log into that either, keep getting “system error” trying to reset my password (forgot it haven’t used in ages). Tried using psn to log in as well and it won’t let me verify my email.

I know you get 1 free restore as a member. Not sure on a-la-carte. I know restore as a member works as I just restored a collection the other night I though was worthless...then went and checked the broker to find it's 100+ million....RESTORE!!!!

As far as subbing to fix the issue, it's $15 bucks, so it's less than replacing the 3x 12,500 pieces would cost AND you'd also pick up the goodies for this month which includes some more XP and a few stabilizers. Plus with the stab duo coming back this week, you'd pick up a few more (assuming members are getting 6 to a premium 4 frags per run). Add to that the 500 loyalty and 500 MPC, it might be worth the spend even if there is an a-la-carte option at 7 or 8 bucks....just saying.

If you were going to sub, you might want to hold off a few days. When you sub, you can collect the past days this month as well as the next 30 days. Sub on the 17th to still catch the end of 2x week, but you'll get 1-17th rewards this month and 1-17th next month when your sub runs out.

I considered it but I also read even people with sub were getting the error upon trying to restore so idk now (is it even possible to restore as premium idk), unless the error only happens if you’ve already used the once monthly maybe? Idk

It's been bugged for years. The only way it works is by using the 1 free restore a month that members get.

Yes. If you buy a sub today you will get all the member rewards for November that you have already missed.

So, even if I was able to change my password on my daybreak account (forgot it), it probably wouldn’t do any good to contact support? (I get system error or something along those lines every time when I try to reset it). Basically the only way is to re sub?

As long as you've logged in those days, yes you would get them. For example, if you've only logged in 2 days this month, although we are on day 11, you would only be able to claim those 2 past days...not the 11. Going forward you'd get to claim whatever days you log in up till your sub runs out though.

Something else that's unfortunately broken and the new devs need to clean up the mess.

So I was finally able to reset my daybreak password, sent in a ticket and apparently this is not a bug but was disabled due to an exploit
