How to get complex material?

    Hello all! I was wondering how to get complex material for equipment mods. Is this something u can purchase or do u have to salvage it?

    Any Level 30 piece that can be salvaged has a chance to change into a Complex Material.
    Higher Item Level gear tends to produce better crafting components. I get most of my Complex Materials from Item Level 60 or better gear. Item Level 30 gear tends to give you junk. Item Level 33 - 56 tends to give you a Simple Material..

    By salvaging gears. I've notice at least from my experience older content gear gives you better chance of gears giving you complex
