How do you get the "Starting with the man in the mirror" Feat?

? Black Adam? It's just you and him in the Greed fight. Just keep a moderate burn on him (don't go ham...save your orbital and Ally). Periodically he will charge up for a big attack...and the gold piles will become breakable. Break a few (I think it takes 3 at least...but you can do 4 pretty easy) and he'll take a knee. When he's on his knees, walk up and hit the circle button (or whatever Xbox/PC is) and you will kick him. You need to kick him 3x during the fight, but you can kick him 2x in one round if you move quick. Otherwise, he should do the same thing at least 2 more times, and you can kick him each time once. Feat will pop on the 3rd kick. Once it pops...nuke him.

The feat for using melee on Greed is the other one, where you knock him out while you've lost your powers (the bit where you have to go to the treasure chest to get them back). If you needed the feat, you can do both at the same time, but you don't melee greed...you use circle on him, but after the 3rd kick, the next time you lose powers...nuke him vs going for the treasure box to get them back.

Okay, my assumption was I needed to break all 6 stacks to make him vulnerable. If I don't need all 6, then I stand a chance of getting to him before Black Adam does. And circle button? The one that's used for interacting with cogs, right? I thought I had to melee. I've been doing it wrong. ::facepalm::

I've been focusing on episode 39 content this week, thanks to the spotlight, but I'll keep this in mind when I get back to doing other content.

Not sure what weapon you use, but obviously a faster weapon like pistols, dw-flurry, or HB-plasma beam makes busting the treasures easier, but I don't believe you need all 6 before he takes a knee(BTW...he doesn't always 'take a knee', but he will just stand there and you can circle him). I want to say 4 usually does it, but generally I'm busting all 6 anyway...just because. Also...don't count on getting 2 kicks in....plan on him going through all 3 phases where he charges up, and you have to bust treasures....just to be on the safe side.

If Black Adam hits him, you should still be able to get 1 kick in. My tactic was always to stand around the treasure box, so if he took my powers I can get them back quick, in case the treasure piles come up quickly after. Also, it helps to have all 3 treasures lined up on that side, so you can quickly mow 3 down, vs having to look around the room. As soon as he drops from his 'charging up' animation, go near and run the circle button...even if he's not on one knee....still counts as a kick.

I did it today. I got tired of waiting for the Legion alert queue to pop, so I decided to do the SoBA soloe, and for some silly reason, I decided to try the Elite version. I got both of the "kick Greed" feats and both of the lava pool feats. Apparently, if you get the Elite version of the lava feat, it automatically pops the Normal version, too.

(I got through the solo instance without any trouble, but I still don't feel ready to try doing an Elite group instance yet.)
