How do people keep killing the robot in the Watchtower?

    I always see him either dead on the ground, or walking around, but I've never seen him "fight".

    Does he go haywire sometimes or something? Or is it a glitch?

    I have a wild theory, but here goes. My theory is that the devs are secretly the npcs and use them to monitor what's going on. I remember seeing a proto bot running then it stopped and looked at me. It sounds like a crazy Dcuo conspiracy theory, but I feel like it's true.
