How do I use Lernea's Amulet with Mental ?

    Jus went Mental might. I'd like to use Amulet + Strat + Trans but am unsure of an ideal rotation seeing as I can't consistently hit the same numbers. There's too many channel moves with this power. LMK

    I don't play much mental, and I don't use Lernea with it.

    U can use amulet only in pvp or pve but I wouldn’t take the risk because the more damage you do that’s extra damage you are doing to yourself especially if the hand animation pops up then u will die even faster but the amulet is pretty easy all u gotta do is use everything in your Loadout and then use your finisher to regain your health depending on how much damage you have done to your enemy. The hand animation can keep u Alive and give u extra health back but only use your finisher last at all times.
