Deadly block is way out of hand... As celestial / Earth I pop anoint / reinforce and catch somebody with a counter (block) and BOOM! they die... really killing the experience to the point I switched to HL for an actual competetion. (ironically)
There is no cap on Deadly Block, I can see this happening. It would be interesting to see this work on a tank and the new counter mechanics of a boss.
i think it should be max 3k.... I was hitting numbers on other levels especially with Wrath of presence > consume soul... That my sir will one shot you if you are on your back, gets a HUGE crit everytime.
Well, I know that Rage has a precision buff and you can buff your tank with annoint/carnage. Would be interesting to see what it can do. lol
