High Level Cr Players in low level content.....

Goes both ways.. if us high CR ppl wanna rush through things we technically could/should do the same

I rarely PUG the Artifact stuff but when i do.. I simply ask.. i get mixed reactions and just go from there

if you blindly queue in then you can't dictate anything and certainly cannot complain about High Cr or Low CR ruining things - if it is important to you - EITHER way - then form your own group.. if not.. deal with the lottery

Oh look its this thread again. Created by a "new member" to the forums. I pay for legendary i can run thru content however i please. If you have a problem with it form your own at cr group but good luck doing that. Better off to make friends or join a league. There are plenty of starter leagues who are at comparable cr. I cant count the number of times i have que'd into old content and the group has been in there for over an hour and after beating the content i am showered with thank yous.

as a high cr player playing lower content, I don't rush through it. In group content, you should be mindful of the other players in the group. Like others say about lower cr players should form groups, so should the ones that want to run through it and complete it as fast as possible.

Lol, not at all. This game has hard core players, since the beginning. Can you imagine all the crying if players were not picked up for raids because they weren't geared enough? Groups making people line up for gear inspection just to get into raids and so on. There are plenty of low level people that play this game, and plenty of high level people looking for new players with a willingness to learn game mechanics. If yuour saying my rushing to the end is preventing players from learning game mechanics, ummm, your wrong. I mainly tank or dps, do I run into something without knowing what's going on? No. There are videos, on top of videos, on top of videos for new players to learn from. Thus was not the case when most of us went thru the levein process years ago. We've put our time into these raids and most l, like myself, don't enjoy going back to get the catalysts. Like i said in another post, don't blame me for HAVING to come in there. Blame the devs. They are the ones that think this is beneficial to our new players, and of course it's not.

To answer your question, no. I will not say I'm sorry for bettering my toon. My answer to people that que and EXPECT things to run a certain way, don't que. FORM YOUR OWN GROUP!

I still think that could be said of both sides. Players who want to skip should form their own groups. Players who want to get feats and/or classic investigations/briefings should also form their own groups. I'd bet the former would build a group faster than the latter.

See previous post. I do try, but it hasn't worked out. My issue is I'm back from a break and most people had already grinded a bunch of catalysts. So those players, unless they are making money or alts, don't run them.

Not saying it doesn't suck, but the blame and conversation needs to be had with the devs.

I’m a new member on the forum, but not to the game. I’m voicing my feelings and concerns. I challenged someone in game about this, because I lost loot and just got abuse back. Fed up of these types of threads, then make it so people don’t have anything to complain about . Also when I’m high CR I won’t be rushing etc because I know what it’s like to be left behind.

We kicked a 220 in LOA the other day for this very reason. I was on a 210 toon and the others were at CR. I was trying to run behind everyone at first because he kept jumping everything and the two at CR players were falling like leaves on a tree. I could not revive them fast enough. It was either kill everything or revive them every 2 seconds. Which as a player I would absolutely loathe. There is zero fun being left behind and dying all the time. I decided enough was enough and started votes to kick him. I say votes because it would not start voye kick because he kept jumping everything. I sat there and clicked until it went through. After the vote finally went through. He was gone within a second of vote popping up on screen. I then apologized to the two at CR players for this jerks actions and made sure to send the offending player a PM on how a team works and why he was kicked. I then explained to the two new players how to add him to ignore if they chose to do so. They did add ignore as well as I. We finished LOA while I explained how to work LOA . I let them learn while keeping everything running smoothly.

There definitely needs to be something done because this is not how you attract new players.

Were you the one we kicked out of LOA the other day for this very selfish me attitude? I will surely do it again if it was you and will be happy to do it again too.

It's called teamwork and TEAM is not spelled with an I. How about you make a LFG and find a league because most new players do not understand how to navigate through the majority of the menu as it is much less read the chat box. How about you learn what a team is and then come back when you do. Until then, you are the one that needs to LFG, make your own group or even join a league.

Asking for queue times to be faster is not the same as asking for high CR players to join the group. The issue is population and always has been. This game should have had a queue system that grouped people based on combat rating ranges when it first came out. It's too late to add now since the damage has already been done.

So yesterday...
I did a thing...
I took my 70 CR Fire Tank, in a group with a high CR 220 DPS, and ran from beginning to end of Shadowlands skipping mobs and then attacking at the end to open the area. I have the Iconic shield, my Fire shield and the tactical mod shield (i.e. I don't get hit much, but it takes me eons to actually kill things on my own.) It wasn't a good thing to do, I should have checked with them first, but I wanted to see what the opposite reaction would be. The 220 was very upset, it took that toon until I killed the mobs to enter the boss area to catch up, since they wanted to kill everything. It was kind of funny seeing the comments about me being stupid and such, but I ran the content alone beforehand with my GF jumping in with me and sitting in the bar while I did my thing, and knew I would survive. So that little test was interesting, back to being my normal polite self...

Speaking of the ignore lists. Are you on EU? PM me your in game name if so, so I can add you to my ignore list.

Add skippers may be a minor annoyance that can be overcome in many ways but your attitude stinks something fierce.
