Since revamp 4-man shields from heal powersets have not been working as intended on RAIDS. With sorcery and electric 4-man shield don´t work, the animation appear and the power is wasted but the shield never appear, is not only visual since there´s zero mitigation .It used to work sometimes a couple of weeks back but 4 some time is not working at all. The 8-man shield sc from electric works. On open worls/alerts/duos etc works. Have been this problem since revamp but now is worse.
