When I do handblast charged blast sometimes it does no damage or very low damage from a distance, yet solar flare its perfectly fine from the same distance doing normal damage. Normal damage for me with charged blast and solar flare are 150-300 but sometimes I hit 20-50 with charged blast if it hits at all. I checked the combat log to see if maybe its a graphic glitch that doesnt show the full number but it says charged blast hit for those very low amounts.
I guess because not to many people use HB this hasnt got reported before but I hope that this can get fixed before DLC 7 comes so I can still range with HB as needed.
