Having trouble - PC logins

Anybody else seeing this? I try to log into the game and get sent to Character Creation. I go out of there, and get tol that I have no characters. I'm on the correct server and everything, and my membership is up to date.

I'm seeing this on the US PC/PS server.

Edit: Checked my Premium account, same thing. It's happening on both my full membership and my Premium accounts. Looks like the hamsters need to be fed?

same here in US PC server. I'm a legendary and play this game since 2103. I will lost all feats, all chars?

Anyone else have this issue? I submitted a ticket. All 20+ characters are missing. I tried re logging into my account and they are still gone. US/PC

No, I do not account share.
No, no one in the house hold knows my password or ever uses my PC
No, my password has not been changed, and still works fine.

Also Legendary, and subscription was renewed yesterday. But it looks like it's happening all over, so probably nothing to do with the individual accounts.

Same issue here and I'm very upset. So much money and hundreds of hours poured into this game. Now all my toons are gone. I know I can't be banned, because I've NEVER done anything to break any sort of rules DCUO established. I'm very upset. I guess no DCUO gaming for me today...

Don't panic. It's probably just a database glitch. We will very likely get everything back soon. Maybe even before I finish typing this. Relax, grab a drink, and give it a few minutes.

US/PC here and I'm having the same issue as well. Very frustrating.

Extremely frustrating. But I'm guessing they are already on it. Take a break, get something to drink, relax... We will get through this "disappearing character" event.
