The are 2 principal reason,

*The first is when you use that power and the healer put his shield , " hard light shields" is cut off.

*The second reason, is when the heal put his shield and you use the iconic " hard light shield", thE iconic power no apply for you and it has no effect.

BUT,


When you apply the same cases for another shield different, the shields WORKS NORMALLY¡

the shields of healer coexist with another shields normally¡

I thought the healer version is stronger so that took precedense over the other.

nah, its a bug that's been around for a long time its just because hard light shield is classified as a healer shield and it doesn't stack with other healer shields. Water is the only exception where if you have HLS already up Bubble will not override it. The issue now is with the shield formula tipped in favor of 150% dom, a tanks HLS will in almost every case be stronger than a healer shield given.

It's a problem for the tanks that happens and it would be best if the error is solved

The Shields Stack but the one that was first cast will take the damage then when it breaks/expires the next shield will start taking damage.

This bug is already known to the Devs some healer Shields break the HL shield. Its on the bug tacker.

There are two separate reports about HL shield on the bug tracker, both reports were closed. I can only assume HL Shield is working as intended.

Unfortunately not all the shields stack. Even though I think they should. There are times you anticipate high input damage and could need two shields.
