Hard light entrap swing is not doing proper damage

    The 1st and second hit of the swing combo is doing severely low damage. Is this intended?

    It seems to be while targets are encased in skulls the damage is very low. Is this intended?

    If it is intended, there is absolutely no reason to use the swing after entrap because the slow melee swings are doing so low of damage its just a waste of time.
