I never realised that the NPCs in all DLC11 content were actually CR108, compared to DLC10's NPCs which are CR106.

I agree that the content's CR requirement should be increased as it clearly isn't the same as Amazon Fury.

No the Marks is the way to filter. How fast do you think you will get the new gear? considering you can only have 100 MoF and you still need SoP. It slows you down, so the more time you spend at a tier the better you will get at your roll. As far as I am concerned you get your gear legitimately there are no walkins any more, the speed is the problem not the gear.

not at all, a person can run the 2 alerts and get marks of fury and symbols of power and go straight from 90 gear to 94 gear without ever putting on a piece of strategos, you get more symbols of power than you do marks of fury

I humbly suggest that most current players wouldn't know what to do in a two-tank group. And a fair number would leave the group / instance the minute the saw two.

If they are at the minimum CR required, they are not undergeared.

Yes but if MoF was only in AF and SoP only in HoP then you can't use currency from one dlc on another dlc or one tier to another

CR was put into the game to keep player from queing up for content that they were not ready for. Wish that they had left it hidden instead of you seeing it. Unless everyone in the group met the CR the game gave you a message that one one didn't meet the CR requirement and the group would not be put into the que. Before CR you had paper dps; dps in pre 30 gear that had high might or precision but horrible defence. They tended to need constant heals and power that drained the healers and trollers. You also had the player that wanted to get in right away and didn't have the gear for the raid. These two things were the cause of alot of wipes in the early days. This game was a nightmare the first year and a half because its really wasn't finished when it came out. Though it is being fined tuned still. If this game hadn't gone free to play the game would been done.

^ this dps stacking is the problem. Ran these in 2-2-2-2 setup and had smooth runs. Lockdown will need 3 dps

If you think the requirements are too low, join a league with a high cr requirement. Leagues are the answer to all problems that plague any mmo.

also there is a thing called"LEAGUES" you should join one and wouldn't have to worry about any of these stated issues +1

You know, There are some game where the idea is to run into a challenge that is so hard that you can't defeat it the first time around and you have to learn and gear-up in order to defeat it. I've played who-knows how many games I've played like this.

You just want to be able to run the through the thing like going to the kitchen and getting a soda from the refrigerator - oh, sorry - and probably paying for replay badges.

I think it's only an issue with the elitist that don't want to game with those that can't just roll over content without a second thought because they have farmed the content so much that they are jaded.

Gear helps, but skill is always better. The CR requirement is fine. Just play with better players I guess. I've trolled the alerts at 101 CR with 2200 vit and did fine. I've dps'd with 101-102 CR and do just fine, I tank at 107 as fire and it's pretty damn easy. Haven't healed but I'm sure I'd do just fine as well.
