Just happened today. First time I've ever seen it, and I've run the seasonal on 5 characters every day. One of Klarion's powers that panics sent me walking through the floor and I got stuck until the fight ended haha.
Hi, this happens occasionally. The way to escape that is to bring up the map ('m') and then select 'warp rally' to respawn at the nearest spawn point which usually brings you back into the fight. In this particular map the rally point is outside the fighting area, so that would have left you not seeing what is going on. AP
Well you can't warp in combat and some how I doubt you'd be dropped out of combat instantly. Still once the fight is over it's a way to get out. Also if the floor is bottomless you automatically warp to rally eventually once you fall far enough.
