While playing through villain magic mentor quests I was trying to meet brother blood in Chinatown nightclub but he is not there, and I know I am not the only one who can't see him because of players talking in chat and surrounding the area where he should be. I could not find another post about this.
Brother blood isn't visible when asked to go and speak to him. EDIT: If you are having this problem try switching missions and or leave and come back.
