Another player is offending you? Offensive hate language in public channels? Catch someone 'exploiting'? A group of players are blocking the exit out of a safehouse? You want to do something about it? Here's how: As a prelude, you will need to have a daybreakgames.com account (same one you use to log into these forums). For starters, getting revenge and replying back only fuels the problem. Place them on ignore. Notate the character(s) involved including location, date and time. This will come in handy. *Activate the chat window and type in "/report [character name insidequotes] [reason...can be brief]" then press enter. Example: /report "High Troller" Said I was a Scammer in Trade Chat The on-screen instructions will ask you to go to "https://help.daybreakgames.com". The navigation to find the form you need to fill out can be very difficult. I recommend using the following link: https://help.daybreakgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new For the subject line, be sure to include the Character(s)'s name including a keyword or two that describes the problem you have with this player. For the description, be sure to give dates and times the problem occurred and that you did the /report in-game. GMs will have access to these reports. Try not to get overly emotional or dictate any form of discipline that needs to happen. Just spell out what happens and why you were offended. After you submit your support ticket, you will get an automated e-mail. This is normal. The information contained in this e-mail will let you know what to expect what transpires next. Within the next few days, you will get a response. Usually it's a normal "Thank you for submitting a support ticket".....and "we are unable to disclose any actions that may or may not be taken". Sometimes the GM may ask for more information. Be sure to follow up. Lastly, be sure to double-check the character(s) in question are on IGNORE. *Tip for console players: D-Pad Left > Recent Text > [Player in question] > Add to Ignore (Bounces back one) > [Select player in question again] > Tell The output in your text box captures the character's name and place it in quotes if necessary. What you need to do is change 'tell' to 'report' then fill in your reason after.
